Summertime and the Living is...HOT!

Time for my usual -catching up- updates. Here's how the first part of our summer shaped up:

Paul & kids went camping over Memorial Day weekend.  I am not a huge camping fan, though it is fun with the kids.  However, I didn't feel like going on a 4 day/3 night camping adventure with an almost 3 month old.  They went with some friends in the neighborhood as well as Uncle Paul & cousin Jay.  Paul has picture on his phone and I still haven't gotten him to download them on the computer.  I got these from Randee.

Here is some proof that even though she's a girly girl, she has an adventurous side too!
{She didn't eat it, but looks like she's going to.  Yuck!  I won't even touch those things!}

Paul turned 37, his birthday fell on Memorial day this year, so they were camping.  After he got home, he bought himself a shotgun.  Don't get me started.  He has been fighting this battle for a long time.

We did the summer movies again at Harkins.  A fun way to get out of the house and not spontaneously combust into flames from being so hot!  Especially with a new baby.

Audrey did a week of camp with Talent Team and did a play called Bugz!  She was the Lady Bug.  Here is a video of the Lady Bug song where she got to be center stage. She loved it of course.  I hope the video works, I don't usually have good luck posting videos on the blog for some reason.

In mid-June Grandpa Giberson {my dad} flew in to Phoenix.  He then drove with me and the kiddos up to Utah to celebrate Great Grandpa Giberson's 80th Birthday.  I am going to save all that for it's own post.

Of course we had the usual birthday parties and playdates in the month of June too!
