Owen's 7 Month Stats

7 months: 19 lbs 7 oz, 28.25 in (from Cardiology appt)


At 7 months Owen likes:

• laughing
• smiling
• Peek-A-Boo (He even can cover/uncover his face by himself!)
  
• sitting up and playing with toys
• playing with Audrey

• being shy when people say how cute he is
• eating solid food
  
• doing the "inchworm" crawl
• doing the "comando" crawl

• reaching for everything in sight
• EATING! (Did I mention that already?)
• staring at Mama
• taking baths
• pulling himself up to stand (Too early for this!!!)

At 7 months Owen dislikes:

• having milk in a bottle (Only once every few weeks, but he still hates it!)
• not seeing someone's face at every moment
• naps (He's had a rough week with naps, sure it's just a phase!)
• playing with Audrey (In situations like in the picture.)

• when Mama leaves the room
• when Mama leaves him to be watched by anyone else
• getting his diaper changed (This is the worst! He screams and screams as he tries to roll over and do a head dive off the changing table!)
• getting his face cleaned after eating

Owen will be crawling on all fours any day now. But he is still finding his way around very well. The rug in our family room is free of ottomans and is now covered with toys, a sippy cup, and Owen moving around and grabbing at anything he can! He is a happy boy almost all the time...except when I'm not around him. He has the big guilt trip frown and tears down, that's for sure. Mama's boy, yes he is!
