Audrey Gets Fancy

Audrey had a "Fancy and Fabulous Tea Party" to attend for her friend Khaya's 4th Birthday. Audrey didn't want to wear her princess dress up for the party, which was surprising. But she did just get this really cute yellow tutu-ish skirt that she wanted to wear. Add some leggings, shoes, and accessories and she was looking so posh. (That's a fancy word for fancy.) Almost all the other girls at the party were wearing Disney Princess stuff, and a couple moms talked about how Audrey was the "punk rock" girl of the group. She reminded me of Sarah Jessica Parker in "Girls Just Want to Have Fun." She moves to her own beat. Here are some cute pics of her being fancy.


I forgot to mention that Abuelita got her a "Fancy Nancy" doll for Easter. She is absolutely in love with these books--hence the "fancy" references above. Funny that she was wearing similar colors when Abuelita brought it over.
