Ultrasound 8.10.09

At my appt on the 10th I had an ultrasound to check/estimate Owen's weight because of the whole failing, then passing the glucose tests. He was head down and all squished, but the ultrasound tech managed to get a couple pictures. She said he had a little bit of fuzzy hair.

Right hand over right eye, left knee covering mouth.


Moved his knee so you can see his nose and a little of his mouth.



I think he has Audrey's nose. Anyhow, the ultrasound estimated his weight to be 6lbs 6oz which put him ahead a week and due Sept. 5th. But since that is just a week before my due date, it's not enough to officially change it. They said everything looks good and he'll probably end up being a lb or so bigger than Audrey, but that's pretty normal with 2nd kiddos and boys. I'm not worried about it, so I'm not going to plan to be induced early. I think it's just best for nature to do it's thing anyhow.
