Alison is proving to be my smallest baby in weight, but my biggest in height. Hoping that this is a sign to a slender, tall girl! I have a feeling she will be taller than Audrey, but being 6.5 years apart it won't show for a while! Alison decided she would start walking just after 14 months. She hasn't slowed down since. She is always getting into things, as most young toddlers do. She is getting old enough to help with cleaning up and showing her opinions with her little grunts and screeches. She has managed to get out the word "No" a few times. Many more to come I'm sure. She also says "Mama", "Papa", "Hello" and "Bye bye".

She saw the kids helping me with the shredder. The next day I see her go over to the pile and start to do it herself. Don't worry, it was turned off and unplugged. She watches everyone and is in that mimicking stage. Watch out! She also knows how to get what she wants from her older siblings. They don't like it when she cries and they tend to just give her whatever she wants so she'll stop. I have been working with them that giving her what she wants is always the best choice. Sometimes it's things she can't have or shouldn't have. A hard lesson for kids to learn. Alison loves her family and we love her. Every time Owen blesses the food he always first says, "Thank you that we can have Alison."
Baby Tres definitely brings our family closer together!
