Obviously since I am so behind on posting these, I don't quite remember everything Alison was doing at each month milestone. :o( But I will do my best!
At 9.5 months Alison decided to finally start crawling! And pulling herself up to standing.
She celebrated her first Christmas!
And during our Texas road trip--which was her 2nd road trip, the kids & I drove to UT for my Grandpa's 80th Birthday Celebration when she was just 3 months old--she touched snow for the first time! (No picture of her in the snow though.)
Once Alison started crawling and pulling herself up on things, she was cruising in no time! We were sure she was on the fast track to walking, but nope.
One thing about Alison is all her funny faces. I couldn't even begin to name them all. She is a little clown! One evening Paul was working late and Audrey's school was having a Chick-fil-A fundraiser so we went. While the kids were playing, Alison's swiped one of their ice cream cones and at it all! She was so proud of herself and gave me this face.

She had her first ride on an animal on the carousel at the mall. A few times I had taken her on and we sat on the bench behind the animal Owen was riding on, when I finally put her on one of her own, she wasn't sure about it. She did smile though!
As her 1st birthday was getting closer, still not walking. She would take steps holding on to things, but NEVER without both hands on something. We know she wasn't behind or anything, it was just strange for us as Audrey walked at 9.5 months and Owen at 10.5 months. Alison was in no hurry though!
