Favorite Things ~ January 2011

So I managed to go a whole month without posting anything. I guess January was a slow month. Well, in a manner of speaking. School started up again so we got right into that after the holidays. We went to 3 birthday parties for friends. One of these parties was at a place called Girly Girlz where the girls got their hair, nails and "make up" done. This was the only picture I got of Audrey on the way home with her cute "Hula Princess" hair style.


I also celebrated my 31st birthday. On the Thursday before my birthday, the preschoolers each handed me a rose when they got to school to put in a vase. I also got a card with a gift card to California Pizza Kitchen. Miss Jamie made me a YUMMY big chocolate chip cookie, too! It was the best EVER!!! I also went to dinner on my actual birthday with my mom & family. My mom & stepdad gave me a NOOK! I'm excited to start reading on it! Later in the week I also went to Oregano's with my friends Jamie and Stacy and had a date night with Paul. So, it was a great birthday.


2 days before my birthday is Paul's sister Rae Lynne's birthday. Audrey really wanted to make some cupcakes for her, so we went with a Beach & Ocean theme because she loves the ocean. She also loves sharks, see them in the ocean?


I also was very excited that I finally did a french braid in Audrey's hair!!! It wasn't very clean close up, but for only 3 tries on this morning before church, I was happy with it. This is the best I've done.
