You also probably know that I like to send out Christmas letters. I get it from the Giberson side of my family. I always enjoyed when my family got them and couldn't wait until I was grown up and had a family of my own to write about. But of course, I loved to share pictures too! In 2007 I decided to try the 5x7 photo cards from Shutterfly. We had fun making them, but couldn't decide on one, so that year we bought half of the design Paul liked better - Snowy Night:

And half of the one I liked best - Winter Berries
(possibly discontinued, couldn't find a link to this design):
I was SOOO happy with these photo cards, but I just couldn't go without writing a Christmas letter. So that year I did both. In 2008, I went with a different company (sorry Shutterfly) because they had some options to add a little more writing and pictures. But they were VERY pricey. In 2009, I did a letter again and just printed a photo collage on it. But it just wasn't cute enough, especially not for all the money I spent on printer ink! I've already ordered some! They had enough room for me to put pictures of the 4 of us AND write a nice little paragraph for each of us too! PERFECT! (Sorry, I am not going to spoil it by posting the one I chose, but have fun looking at what they have!)
Every Christmas--and some birthdays or Grandparents Days too--since we've had kiddos, grandparents have received gifts (with rave reviews might I add) that I made on Shutterfly like:
photo wall calendars

or photo books.

photo wall calendars

or photo books.

Maybe I should change it up a bit and try personalized mugs

or their new desk calendars!

or their new desk calendars!

Ok, so remember how I said I was blogging about Christmas stuff so I could get FREE cards? Well, if you have a blog you can do the same thing! Click here and found out how. I LOVE Shutterfly and I buy from them all the time. Is it possible to like them more? Well, if free is enough for me to break my "No Christmas Until December" rule, then it's probably good enough for you too! Now go out there and blog to get your 50 FREE CARDS! Thanks, Shutterfly!
