Audrey, my mom and I went to see "Mary Poppins" at Gammage this past Wednesday, the 24th. I had wanted to go since I first heard it was coming, but wanting to sit close for Audrey's sake we just couldn't swing the $$$ tickets. Long story short, I went down to the Gammage Box Office the day of the show and got seats in the 9th ROW...for $40/ticket!!! Normally, $95 seats! It was sooo great, and Audrey did amazing for a 3.5 year old going to a 2 hr 40 min show with only a 15 min intermission. I only had to leave during the show once to take her to the potty. A couple times she got restless because they weren't singing, but a quick snack did the trick. She loved the show and took her first Playbill for Show & Tell at school the next day. Her favorite part? When Mary Poppins flies overhead of course!Click here for a montage of scenes from "Mary Poppins."

Didn't mean to remove my previous post. How special for Audrey to see this at such a young age!! I would have loved to go - looked like so much fun.
